Cancellations

All services are reserved specifically for you; we require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.

Late-Shows

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. Your Skincare Appointment is reserved specifically for you, and a late arrival may result in an abbreviated service. Your service will end as scheduled as not to delay the next client.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are the responsibility of the purchaser or receiver. Skin will not issue a credit for a lost or stolen card. Gift cards must be present at the time of service for  proper credit. Skin Gift cards expire one year from purchase date.

Age Policy

Skin Teen Clients must be 13-18 years of age to experience Teen Skin Care Services. Clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Lash Maintenance

Lash Maintenance policy, We lose our lashes naturally 3-5 lashes per eye, per day. Regular fills are highly recommended every 2-3 weeks to maintain the fullness of your lashes.
